provider uses Chase Data Premise based Predictive Dialer to
fulfill clients
advertising needs.
Randy Davila President of
Landmark set out to find a predictive Dialer to do what he needed to do
most, get the maximum productivity out of his dialer yet stay
within the companies budget. "After using a Dialer for almost 10 years ,
I knew I needed a Dialer System that gave more flexibility accessing
my data and record information", said Davila. On my previous
Dialer I was not able to "on-the-fly" permanently update a record to
the correct status, with the Chase Data Predictive Dialer I can update
my data; import and export leads and run daily reports all from my
laptop from home" !
Some of
Davila's main concerns being in the B-C Market where calling consumers
is a very delicate issue, was call compliance, managing the FTC dropped
called Rate and DO NOT CALLS. For example,
if a customer had received two calls from your company and it showed up
on their caller ID and had requested to be
removed from the company's calling list, Davila wanted to make sure that his new
Dialer would set out to take of this potential problem. "Every number
must be treated with care as that could cause my clients to pull back on
certain campaigns" said Randy as making sure a DO NOT CALL number does
not get called back ever.
Davila
is currently running a 24 Seat Predictive Dialer along with a SQL
Database Server. Managers Angelie and Carla monitor agents
performance and track agent call quality using the Chase Predictive
Dialer System. "Chase's PowerStudio Admin Station has made it a lot
easier for me to run my campaigns, load leads and pull reports, I
actually have more time now so now I concentrate on running my call
center and not my dialer".
