Leading Hearing Aid Manufacturer Beltone Recently Turned PowerStation 2
to Increase Appointments for U.S. Field Sales Reps.
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL- NOVEMBER 17, 2000- Beltone Inc. recently
acquired a ChaseData Corporation PowerStation 2 predictive dialing
system as part of an aggressive move to its increase U.S. market
position. Beltone was acquire by Danish powerhouse Great Nordic Inc. in
April 2000 and since then has been aggressively improving their current
market position as the world's seventh largest manufacturer of hearing
aids.
PowerStation 2 will play a key role in the firm's sales growth
domestically by radically improving appointments set for field
representatives. ChaseData recently completed installation of a new
predictive dialing system that will field all of the company's
appointment calls from a company operated call center in New Jersey last
month.
Agent specific scheduled calls were a key factor in Beltone decision to
go with our PowerStation product. It allows their TSRs to establish a
short term repore with Beltone's clients that results in fewer cancelled
appointments with field sales representatives reported Ahmed Macklai (ChaseData

This installation also marks another milestone in the market acceptance
of the PowerStation 2 system. PowerStation was in stiff competition with
a number of well known predictive dialing powerhouses and was awarded
the contract.
