to the internet and launches the PowerStation Agent
Application.
Once the agent logs in to
our Hosted
Dialing Server located at Chase Data’s Fiber Optic Facility,
they will be able to make out bound predictive, preview and
progressive based calls, as well as have the ability to
receive incoming calls.
Based on the agents account and set up profile the Dialer
Application begins to start making calls over our Digital T-1 or ISDN
network so the call is always crystal
clear.
As the called party receives the
call they are then connected within milliseconds to
one of your live
agents via Session Internet Protocol (SIP) or over regular
phone lines PSTN where the middle of he "Hello" is
heard along with a screen pop of your script and customer
specific information.
