PowerStation Clicks In More Ways Than One.
After logging onto the system, your rep simply chooses a campaign and the system begins connecting the rep to live customers. PowerStation's "hyper-scripting" feature allows users to not only read scripts but also to field rebuttals with the click of a mouse. During the sales call an agent can: schedule callbacks, enter sales & appointments into your native database via electronic forms, schedule faxes or mailings, receive live coaching from a supervisor and perform all post call processing duties. All of these features are available via the workstation simple mouse driven GUI (graphical user interface).
